This festival features artists with close ties to North Mississippi Hill country blues. Primitive camping is available on the event site. There is also an artist's village and select select food vendors.

John Wilkins, David Kimbrough Band, Jimbo Mathus, Duwayne Burnside Band, John McDowell, Marlow Durrough, R.L. Boyce, Little Joe Ayers, Robert Kimbrough, Bill Abel, Cary Hudson, Garry Burnside Band, Eric Deaton, Cedric Burnside, Alvin Youngblood Hart's Muscle Theory, and Kenny Brown Band.
